The world of work is evolving rapidly, and companies must rethink their talent strategies to stay competitive. The Randstad Talent Trends Report 2025 highlights how AI, workforce agility, and skills-based approaches are transforming organizations globally and in Mexico.

Additionally, 80% of Mexican companies are leveraging AI to transform operations and customer service.

Another key trend is the move towards skills-based talent strategies. Rather than focusing only on job roles, organizations are emphasizing skills and internal mobility. In Mexico, 74% of companies have already adopted a skills-based model, aligning with the global shift (83%).

With workforce agility becoming a top priority, 90% of leaders in Mexico claim their talent strategies are now more focused on agility than ever before. Moreover, 94% of companies are increasing investments in reskilling and data training to meet evolving business needs.
