What is The Orange Track?

The Orange Track is a 7-month leadership mentoring experience designed to connect experienced leaders with emerging professionals in companies linked to the Dutch-Mexican business community. Through one-on-one mentoring, group learning, and shared insights, the program fosters meaningful growth for both mentors and mentees, empowering the next generation of business leaders in Mexico.

Program Overview

  • Duration: 7 months (May – November 2026)

  • Format:

    • Kickoff Workshop (in-person in Mexico City)

    • Monthly 1-on-1 mentoring sessions (virtual)

    • Live webinars & collaborative learning sessions (virtual)

    • Closing ceremony & recognition event (in-person)

  • Language: Spanish

  • Cost: Fully funded by the Embassy of The Netherlands in Mexico and Holland House Mexico. Participation is free for mentors and mentees

Who Should Apply?

Mentors:

  • Established leaders with proven organizational leadership experience

  • Passionate about coaching and developing emerging talent

  • Committed to dedicating 1-2 hours per month during the program

Mentees:

  • Emerging leaders affiliated with Holland House Mexico or companies connected to the Dutch business community in Mexico

  • Motivated to grow professionally and build leadership capacity
