What is The Orange Track?
The Orange Track is a 7-month leadership mentoring experience designed to connect experienced leaders with emerging professionals in companies linked to the Dutch-Mexican business community. Through one-on-one mentoring, group learning, and shared insights, the program fosters meaningful growth for both mentors and mentees, empowering the next generation of business leaders in Mexico.

Kickoff Workshop (in-person in Mexico City)
Monthly 1-on-1 mentoring sessions (virtual)
Live webinars & collaborative learning sessions (virtual)
Closing ceremony & recognition event (in-person)
Language: Spanish
Cost: Fully funded by the Embassy of The Netherlands in Mexico and Holland House Mexico. Participation is free for mentors and mentees
Who Should Apply?
Mentors:
Established leaders with proven organizational leadership experience
Passionate about coaching and developing emerging talent
Committed to dedicating 1-2 hours per month during the program
Mentees:
Emerging leaders affiliated with Holland House Mexico or companies connected to the Dutch business community in Mexico
Motivated to grow professionally and build leadership capacity
