Holland House Mexico (HHM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Dutch companies be
successful in the Mexican market, as well as promoting trade, investment, and sustainable business
development between Mexico and The Kingdom of the Netherlands. Holland House Mexico is the onestop shop for Dutch companies doing business in Mexico or entering the market. We are a memberbased organization that focuses on creating valuable networking opportunities through events,
commercial missions, and Dutch pavilions at industry fairs. Our portfolio of soft-landing services,
ranging from market research to B2B matchmaking is designed to support Dutch and Mexican
companies entering the new market. Our efforts are strongly focused on contributing to the UN
Sustainable Development Goals.

Job Opportunity
Holland House Mexico is offering a position as Sector Coordinator Energy & Maritime. In this
commercial function, you are responsible for member engagement and acquisition as well as
facilitating networking opportunities for the industry. You will be organizing breakfast conferences and
Dutch Pavilions at industry fairs such as CMP. You are actively involved in representing our members
in encounters with public and private stakeholders. You will also be offering business development
services, including matchmaking services, and on-site representation of Dutch companies in Mexico.

Minimum Requirements of the Candidate
Holland House Mexico is looking for a commercially driven, pro-active, independent, and enthusiastic
person with a degree in International Business, Business Administration, Human Resources,
Communication, International Relations, Economics or similar. A minimum of 4 years of experience in
a position with comparable responsibilities is required. Very good written and oral English and Spanish
language skills are required, as well as the capacity of critical thinking and excellent organizational
skills. Intercultural experience and affinity with The Netherlands are appreciated.

What we Offer
A hybrid full-time position in a dynamic team where you will have freedom to create and pursue
opportunities whilst joining a growing international network. Our office day in Mexico City is on
Tuesdays, with regular events and visits in Mexico City and other destinations in Mexico, the US and
The Netherlands.
Economic compensation: $25,000 – $30,000 MXN + bonuses, pending applicant´s profile and
experience. Social security according to Mexican law.
