NIS & CUE: What Mexico’s new mandatory sustainability reporting standards mean for your business

May 13, 2025 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm CST

Join us for the next round table on sustainability reporting requirements

Starting January 1, 2025, all companies in Mexico that issue financial statements—public and private—must comply with new mandatory sustainability disclosure requirements. This includes:

🟧 NIS (Normas de Información de Sostenibilidad) for non-listed companies
🟧 CUE Información de Sostenibilidad (ISSB) for publicly listed companies

Both frameworks are based on the international ISSB (IFRS) standards and mark a major shift in how companies are expected to report on climate and sustainability-related risks and opportunities.

To help you understand what this means, how your company can benefit, and how to prepare correctly, Holland House Mexico invites you to a virtual round table led by Alfonso Teramoto, Managing Director at member company and sustainability consulting firm Gruner. Alfonso will explain:

🟧 The difference between NIS and CUE
🟧 What your reporting obligations are based on your company profile
🟧 How to get ready to comply by the 2025 deadline
🟧 How good sustainability reporting can create value for your business

This is a must-attend session for every company doing business in Mexico, regardless of size or sector. Join us to gain clarity, ask questions and share experiences with peers, and make sure your business is future-proof.

Free event, registration required. Member privileges apply.
