Aprenderemos técnicas de atención plena y comunicación asertiva que nos ayudarán a gestionar el estrés\, aumentar la concentración y fomentar un ambiente laboral positivo\, permitiéndonos expresar nuestras ideas y necesidades de manera clara y respetuosa. \nOjo: hemos actualizado el horario.
