SUMMARY:Sistemas de Fachadas 20th Anniversary Open Call - School is the place where…
DESCRIPTION:Sistemas de Fachadas 20th Anniversary Open Call – “School is the place where…”\nTo celebrate its 20th anniversary\, Sistemas de Fachadas (in collaboration with Holland House Mexico and Abierto de Diseño CDMX 2026) invites creatives to design a permanent graphic intervention for the Sara Manzano Primary School. \n🏫 About the Project & location\n\nThe School: Sara Manzano Primary School is located between Mexico City’s Historic Centre and Tepito.\nCommunity Impact: Part of Save the Children Mexico’s support network\, the school welcomes over 130 children each year\, serving as a safe\, joyful space for learning\, expressing themselves and exploring future possibilities.\nThe Goal: To use art and design to transform one of the school’s spaces into a stimulating\, welcoming and imaginative environment. Rather than simply decorating a wall\, submissions should listen to the community and reflect their collective reflections.\n\n📐 Guidelines & specifications\nDesign a 4-module graphic installation (4×4 metres each) that reflects how children and teachers experience their school. Inspired by student reflections like: “School is the place where we build our future\, where we are valued and feel happy.” \n\nEligibility: Open to creatives from any discipline\, age\, and level of experience residing in Mexico or the Netherlands. \nIntervention scope: An original graphic proposal consisting of four modules\, each measuring 4 x 4.\nSubmission format: Digital artwork in AI or PDF format.\nProduction: The winning design will be produced and permanently installed by Sistemas de Fachadas using their own materials.\n\n📅 Key dates & deadlines\n\nDeadline to submit: September 11\, 2026\nFinalists Exhibition: The 10th edition of Abierto de Diseño CDMX (September 25 – October 4\, 2026)\n\n🔗 Ready to join?\nComplete the application form via the official open call portal: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf33geVcq-VCBp7BtV2F8bVvXqtgk5gGogwT0fox48_306BxQ/viewform \n

SUMMARY:Roundtable: MISSE Estratégica.
