HHM Pride 2026: Different voices, shared purpose
In collaboration with our members Randstad and Synthon, HHM Pride 2026: Different Voices, Shared Purpose, a space dedicated to reflection, dialogue, and visibility during Pride Month.
This year’s edition seeks to spotlight the experiences of members of the LGBTQ+ community who are also part of the 50+ population, addressing the challenges they may face in professional reintegration, career continuity, and workplace inclusion while navigating multiple layers of underrepresentation.
At the same time, the event aims to recognize and give visibility to professionals who, despite facing countless barriers throughout their personal and professional journeys as members of the community, have succeeded in building meaningful careers, consolidating their professional prestige, and opening pathways for future generations.
Through an open and thoughtful conversation, HHM Pride 2026 will bring together diverse voices to foster greater awareness, empathy, and commitment toward more inclusive and equitable professional environments.
