General Assembly 2026

Holland House Mexico is inviting all members to the General Assembly 2026.

Your participation in the General Assembly is particularly important, as we will be discussing the results of 2025 and the strategy and plans for 2026. There will also be space to bring new ideas and suggestions to the table.

To make the event accessible and available to all members, the Assembly is organized in a virtual setting. While all members are welcome to join, please note that each member company is entitled to only one vote.

1. Verification of quorum and formal installation of the Assembly
2. Installation of President, Secretary and Tellers, list of attendance
3. Reading and approval of the Agenda
4. Update on the Board of Directors of HHM
5. Granting and, where applicable, revocation of powers
6. Management Report and presentation of Financial Statements as of December 31, 2025
7. Strategic Plan and presentation of the 2026 Budget
8. General Considerations
9. Appointment of a special delegate to appear before a notary public to formalize/record the adopted resolutions
10. Reading and approval of the Minutes of the Assembly
11. Closing of the Assembly
